Machining of metals and plastics in the form of sheets, rods, profiles of various thicknesses and various types, allows for making parts and mechanical subassemblies with complicated shapes, with an accuracy of several microns, with different surface classes.
Depending on customer needs, we use an automatic, semi-automatic or conventional method of machining. We use our machines, tools and instruments. The selection of the method of machining and machines is determined by economic considerations, the complexity of the subassemblies design, the volume of the production lot, the use of the least amount of resetting or dedicated tools.
Examples of solutions
Audio amplifier knob
Made of aluminium rod with large diameter using: cutting, automatic turning and milling. Protective coatings used: anodizing and powder coating. Through the use of a film protecting the side surface of the knob before painting, a specific visual effect of the part intended for controlling a professional electronic device was obtained.
3D printer cooling module parts
The part is made of high quality aluminium materials, using laser cutting technology, automatic milling and bench work. At each stage of the production process, the dimensions, flatness and class of the surface, especially the edge, are controlled. The elements supply a coolant to the printer head and the accuracy of the performance affects the tightness of the cooling module.
Extruder and 3D printer head parts
Parts of the extruder module and the 3D printer head made of high quality aluminium materials, using laser cutting technology, automatic milling and bench work. In each of the production process phases, the dimensions, flatness and class of the surface are controlled.
Nozzle of 3D printer head
A key element of any 3D printer, working in extreme temperature conditions, used to form a thread of plastic in the process of printing. Made of brass in automatic turning technology, using high-quality cutting tools.
Turned parts and subassemblies in which they are used
Made of various class, shapes and diameters of rods as in automatic or conventional turning technology. Suitable surface coatings are used: nickel plating, anodizing, tin plating and galvanizing. The example presents the use of turned elements for the construction of electromagnets and a set of retractors for which accuracy of up to a hundredth part of a millimetre as well as and high quality and durability (class) of the surface are required.
