Thread forming is performed with the use of threaders with speed control, spindle descent depth and high-quality tools for forming internal threads. We form threads in elements of various thicknesses, made of steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Thanks to the tools we have, we can form threads in holes of various diameters, metric or inch, with different stroke.
We also form threads in moulded holes, e.g. transfer mould.
The high quality of the threads is guaranteed by the operators’ experience, the right selection of threading tools, the proper preparation of the machine and the implemented self-control process.
Examples of solutions
Control panel of the AC/DC converter
Made of aluminium sheet 4 mm thick, using laser cutting technology and other edge and hole machining technologies: automatic milling, precise chamfering, threading, drilling. The appropriate visual effect was achieved by grinding of the panel surface and powder coating using a smooth paint.
Cover of LED displays controller
Made of 1 mm thick steel sheet, using technology of: laser cutting, edge bending, powder coating. The cover requires bending operations of high precision. The fragment of the cover shows the execution of the bending closing edge on the so-called “overlap”.
Cover of LED displays controller
Made of 1 mm thick steel sheet, using technology of: laser cutting, edge bending, powder coating. The cover requires bending operations of high precision.
Wide rack housing
Made of metal subassemblies, made of electrolytically coated sheet steel, with different thicknesses, then combined by plasma welding and pressure welding processes. The components were made using the following technologies: laser punching, multi-operational edge bending, fastening of connection elements on the press and masking of some surfaces before powder coating. The next two operations were powder painting and screen printing.
