It is a technology that enables precise single-colour or multi-colour printing on many types parts an subassemblies, also with complicated shapes, made of various materials. We print on flat, spherical parts, made of metal or plastic, smooth and porous. We print on any type of sheet: stainless, powder coated, galvanized.

Examples of solutions
It is assembled on a cheaper one-sided PCB plate, using high quality microswitches with high reliability of switching and automatic soldering. The keys made of ABS have inscriptions made in pad printing technology, in one cycle, using a collective stamp. This technology ensures very good legibility despite small pictograms, high resistance to abrasion and the adverse effects of many cleaning agents used during operation.
Audio driver covers
Made of chromium-nickel sheet, 0.8 mm thick, with one-side foil, using the technology of: laser cutting, precision bending on the edge press in a manner that ensures that no damage is caused to the surfaces indicated as significant due to the aesthetics of the controller. Bench work, including polishing, was also of great importance.
Metal casings for musical devices
Casing parts made of steel sheets with a zinc or electrolytic zinc coating, using the technology of sheet metal forming: mechanical punching or laser cutting, bending on press brakes, pressing of PEM’s. The external paint coating is made in powder coating technology and the inscriptions were made using pad printing and screen printing technologies. High quality materials were used to ensure high quality during quite extreme exploitation.
