Powder coating of metal subassemblies

We apply varnish coatings on steel, hot-dip galvanized and aluminium materials. We have modern Wagner powder coating application. To meet the expectations of the customer, we use the highest quality powder paints produced by world leaders. We have all the necessary machines and tools needed for professional powder coating.

We have machines and devices that enable painting small and large elements. All painted parts are subjected to chemical surface preparation. Depending on the client’s requirements, we can protect unpainted places. We use various types of conical and cylindrical plugs. We can prepare masking labels made out of polyester in different shapes and sizes using the plotter.

We place great emphasis on the quality of services. We provide services in the selection of paints and their texture.  We use smart technological solutions.

In the first stage of the process, we ensure that painted surfaces are free of grease, dust, oils, rust or other impurities. Boiling of parts for painting is done on a semi-automatic bathtub line, which includes:

  • a station for manually loading parts into baskets,
  • process bath for degreasing and phosphatizing,
  • baths for rinsing with clean water,
  • drying in a single-chamber bathtub dryer SW-1 / parts in a basket,
  • transport system over the bathtubs / suspended transport controlled manually.

The parts that have been prepared for painting are transferred in production to the booth paint chamber, in which the electrostatic application of the powder paint layer is carried out. The entire process takes place using the Wagner application. The application has programmed work programs depending on the type of element.

The paint chamber has the latest technical solutions. The whole interior of the chamber is made of “mirror” sheet, which provides a very high level of lighting necessary for the comfortable work of the painter. Working chamber dimensions are (L. x D. x H) 4.0 x 1.5 x 2.30 m.

Then we perform the proper hardening of the powder paint, which is decisive for the mechanical properties of the finished coating. The hot air in the device circulates in a closed circuit.

We strictly observe the curing temperatures of paints. The manufacturer of paints on the packaging gives the temperature and time of curing. Dimension of the working chamber of the “firing” furnace are (L. x D. x H.) 3.14 x 1.2 x 2.2 m.
