We use our own technologies for sheet metal forming, machining, powder coating and the application of logos and descriptions. The details produced are assembled into subassemblies or casings. Every detail or subassembly is properly controlled, labelled and packaged.

Submission of the offer inquiry to Elzab
The customer sends his inquiry in a way he thinks appropriate, on his own initiative or as a result of prior contact on our part. Most often this is an email inquiry. We analyse the received query, and promptly respond to it, signalling the need to clarify technical details. We suggest signing a confidentiality agreement to protect the customer's interests.
Determining technical details and preparing the offer
In subsequent contacts (via e-mail, telephone, direct) we determine the technical details of the inquiry, what documentation the customer has, what are the quantitative needs, expected delivery times, price range. Based on these findings, we prepare an offer that specifies the scope, price, delivery deadlines and commercial terms. If the customer does not have full documentation, we offer assistance in its adaptation or development.
Acceptance of the offer, sending the order for samples
The customer analyses our offer, raises questions or comments, accepts the offer or negotiates it. After accepting the offer, we suggest that the customer an order for sample, the customer places the order.
Production of samples in accordance with customer requirements
We confirm the acceptance of the order for samples, the date of delivery, we produce samples and send them to the customer. In the case of assistance in adapting or preparing documentation, we prepare it first.
Acceptance of samples, order of serial production
The customer examines the samples and accepts or submits comments. Then we agree on the necessary changes and if necessary, produce another series of samples. After accepting the samples, the customer places an order for serial production at a convenient time.
Launch of serial production
We confirm the acceptance of the order and the date of delivery, we start serial production, we deliver products to the customer. Most often, we send a suggestion for a contract governing the implementation of subsequent orders and deliveries, guarantees, payments and sign it bilaterally.

We analyse customer satisfaction with deliveries, we propose its extension with additional services and projects. We try to continue cooperation as long as it is interesting for the customer.

Mounting bracket components
The sidearm is made from precision steel piping, laser-cut and TIG-welded at 90 degrees. It is powder-coated. Polyamide sleeves were turned automatically, and the arms can be adjusted in two axes. Threaded openings in the sidewalls can be used with screws to lock the bracket in position.
Mounting bracket components
Frame pipes made from precise steel piping, which was laser-cut and TIG-welded with a steel sheet base with openings to mount the top. It is powder-coated. Thanks to the variable length of the frame pipe, it can support various mounting bracket components.
Mounting bracket components
This component is made from laser-cut, bent steel sheet. It can hold many models of payment terminals thanks to its side holders adjusted with mounting thumbscrews. The sleeve is made from precise piping. After it is laser-cut, milled, and assembled with a bracket, it can change the position of the terminal in two axes thanks to special connectors and a polyamide sleeve. Most of its parts are powder-coated.
Mounting bracket components
It is made from laser-cut steel sheet, VESA 75×75 standard. Its axis is mounted in a special steel sheet bracket TIG-welded to a precise pipe sleeve. With this component, you can fit a monitor, tablet, or display at any angle from 0 to 180 degrees. It is powder-coated. The component goes with a polyamide sleeve for 360-degree rotation.
Server casing
Made of the appropriate class of aluzinc steel sheet, with the use of: mechanical punching, edge bending on CNC controlled machines. Severe dimensional tolerances and durability and stability of the entire structure were additionally ensured by instrumented bench work (including riveting).
Subassemblies of the supporting structure of the LED / LCD display
Made of precision steel pipes of various diameters and mounting brackets, using the technology of: laser cutting, bending, milling, turning, gas welding with the use of specialized equipment. Technology ensures maintaining with very strict tolerance, even up to +/- 1 degree, the angle at which the pipe is connected to the bracket. The whole structure ensures breaking resistance as it is a supporting structure of heavy large-scale LED / LCD screens mounted in passenger transport vehicles.
LED/LCD display mounting subassemblies
Made of 6 mm thick steel sheet and special sleeves with two counter screws, using technology of: laser cutting, turning and gas welding. It is important to position the rings and obtain the appropriate strength of the welded elements. These subassemblies constitute the mounting of heavy LCD or LED screens, mounted in passenger transport vehicles. They are powder coated with a dedicated paint with a specific structure.
Control panel of the AC/DC converter
Made of aluminium sheet 4 mm thick, using laser cutting technology and other edge and hole machining technologies: automatic milling, precise chamfering, threading, drilling. The appropriate visual effect was achieved by grinding of the panel surface and powder coating using a smooth paint.
