Subassemblies of the supporting structure of the LED / LCD display

Made of precision steel pipes of various diameters and mounting brackets, using the technology of: laser cutting, bending, milling, turning, gas welding with the use of specialized equipment. Technology ensures maintaining with very strict tolerance, even up to +/- 1 degree, the angle at which the pipe is connected to the bracket. The whole structure ensures breaking resistance as it is a supporting structure of heavy large-scale LED / LCD screens mounted in passenger transport vehicles.

LED/LCD display mounting subassemblies

Made of 6 mm thick steel sheet and special sleeves with two counter screws, using technology of: laser cutting, turning and gas welding. It is important to position the rings and obtain the appropriate strength of the welded elements.  These subassemblies constitute the mounting of heavy LCD or LED screens, mounted in passenger transport vehicles. They are powder coated with a dedicated paint  with a specific structure.

Made of hot-dip galvanized sheet, 2 mm thick and supplemented with PEM’s, using the technology of: laser cutting, edge bending, pressing PEM’s riveting and powder coating. Maintaining dimensional tolerances of each of the mounting points of separate panels, with external dimensions of the panel ranging from 1000 to 2000 mm, was ensured by using special equipment. The cover was powder-coated, which ensures a smooth texture and resistance to external weather conditions in order to meet the aesthetic requirements of the cover. The presented fragment shows the effect of PEM’s mounted in the back cover of the housing and masking external and internal threads. The versatility of the part was obtained by appropriate execution of cuts of the entry point of the power cable plug. Depending on the application, it is possible to easily remove the selected fragment of the hole masking before assembly.

Brackets that fix LED display elements

Made of 5 mm thick aluminium sheet and pressed screws with metric thread of different diameters, using the following technology: laser cutting, bending, assembly of sleeves on eccentric presses and plasma welding of positioning brackets. They ensure a  very strong connection and are additionally protected against adverse weather conditions by powder coating with appropriate paint.

Made of steel sheet with electrolytic coating, 1 mm thick using the technology of: mechanical punching, masking of specific surfaces before powder coating, powder coating, screen printing and assembly of connection elements of the lock. These components are used to tightly seal the rack casing, but above all they are elements of the electrical circuit of the mass course and fulfil the shielding functions. Painted with powder paint of a specific class are also a protection against the impact of other external factors or unauthorized persons. The presented fragment shows the final effect of protecting a given surface of the cover from powder coating by sticking the exact shape cut out of the foil resistant to chemical processes to the degreased surface of the cover as well as the effect of fixing a special PEM that serves as of the lock in the device.

Made of aluminium sheet 4 mm thick, using laser cutting technology and other edge and hole machining technologies: automatic milling, precise chamfering, threading, drilling. The appropriate visual effect was achieved by grinding of the panel surface and powder coating using a smooth paint.

Made of chromium-nickel sheet metal and connection elements fastened with high precision. The following technologies were used: laser cutting, edge bending and assembly of connection elements. High accuracy and aesthetics were ensured. The presented fragment presents different methods and types of PEM’s.
