Made of the appropriate class of aluzinc steel sheet, with the use of: mechanical punching, edge bending on CNC controlled machines. Severe dimensional tolerances and durability and stability of the entire structure were additionally ensured by instrumented bench work (including riveting).

Made of hot-dip galvanized sheet, 2 mm thick and supplemented with PEM’s, using the technology of: laser cutting, edge bending, pressing PEM’s riveting and powder coating. Maintaining dimensional tolerances of each of the mounting points of separate panels, with external dimensions of the panel ranging from 1000 to 2000 mm, was ensured by using special equipment. The cover was powder-coated, which ensures a smooth texture and resistance to external weather conditions in order to meet the aesthetic requirements of the cover. The presented fragment shows the method of riveting corners using blind rivets. The proper strength of the connection of each of the four corners and the preservation of the angle of 90 degrees was obtained by using a special tool.

The presented fragment shows the effect of PEM’s mounted in the back cover of the housing and masking external and internal threads. The versatility of the part was obtained by appropriate execution of cuts of the entry point of the power cable plug. Depending on the application, it is possible to easily remove the selected fragment of the hole masking before assembly.

Made of steel sheet with electrolytic coating, 1 mm thick using the technology of: mechanical punching, masking of specific surfaces before powder coating, powder coating, screen printing and assembly of connection elements of the lock. These components are used to tightly seal the rack casing, but above all they are elements of the electrical circuit of the mass course and fulfil the shielding functions. Painted with powder paint of a specific class are also a protection against the impact of other external factors or unauthorized persons. The presented fragment shows the final effect of protecting a given surface of the cover from powder coating by sticking the exact shape cut out of the foil resistant to chemical processes to the degreased surface of the cover as well as the effect of fixing a special PEM that serves as of the lock in the device.

The material class of the PEM’s must be compatible with the class of the sheet for which is used. Resistance to very difficult operating conditions, protected with chrome hardening or electro-cut.
